Over the last few months, it was great to interact with you. You were a huge support while I was going through a major transition in my professional career. We brainstormed on several topics of leadership, interpersonal relationships, stakeholder management, people behaviours, strategies (people, business, etc) and also tactical topics such as planning and execution. In all discussions, your perspectives and relevant anecdotes helped a lot in shaping my thoughts.

I had the privilege of working with Subroto as my Executive Coach during a pivotal time in my career. His coaching approach went far beyond the traditional, offering profound clarity and a renewed sense of purpose. He introduced me to the concept of ‘feedforward,’ which shifted my focus from evaluating past actions to embracing future possibilities. Today is our last day of the coaching assignment… didn’t realise how 3-months have gone past! I learnt handsomely from the weekly coaching sessions. It wasn’t easy thru distant calls, but you could assimilate things evolving on my side, and used notes from previous discussions so meticulously – this helped building up structured thinking and actions. This has boosted my confidence, and prepared me to respond to the situation as things evolve. Today is the last day of my coaching with you. Past 6 months have been very insightful interacting with you and having thought provoking conversations. At one of the lowest points in my life, LinkedIn came to my rescue and I found a mentor, guide, Guru in the form of Life coach. I have always been aversive of counsellors and life coaches. I was apprehensive initially but by the end of my first round of sessions with Subroto, I found meaning to my work and life again.
